Prana Vidya
Basics TriYoga® Prana Vidya includes Pranayama (rhythmic breathing), Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation). This introductory course will cover the Daily 5 pranayama practices in Basics level TriYoga® sequences as well as the concentration and meditation techniques.
The benefits of a Prana Vidya practice with these techniques include:

In addition, we cover Dharana and Dhyana practices for Basics level TriYoga. These practices include light visualization, inner mantra and breath. Throughout Prana Vidya, we build our internal energy with the breathing practicing, focus the energy with concentration practices and then merge our energy with the unified field of energy in meditation. Dissolving into meditation after these powerful preparatory practices becomes an effortless flow.
From here, with this foundation in place, we can move into Level 1 Prana Vidya practice.
